Ordered honey crunch chicken salad by phone went to pick up manager was in front ask what my order was I told him he went to the back came back out and said there was no ordering am I sure if I called the right store? I told him yes I always come to this location so then I went back out to my car to get my phone to ask him what the phone number was here to make sure I did call the right location because if I was wrong, I wanted to apologize, but then I showed him my phone what time the call was made and told him I spoke to a female employee And she didn’t do her job and put my order in I was correct This is not the first time it happened now the manager did offer to go ahead and make the sa...
We stayed at the Sayre Mansion right up the street so we walked here for dinner. The food was amazing. Very fresh and tasty! However, we waited a long time. Part of the problem was that they brought our salads out with the meal instead of as an appetizer. Had we had those salads in between, we wouldn't have noticed the time at all. Our waitress was very pleasant but that one simple thing would have made a huge difference. I would still recommend going because the food was worth it!
You Know What You Are Getting! Food is standard from restaurant to restaurant. What makes a franchise like this different is the quality of the staff. This one has friendly staff from the time you enter to being served and paying your check at the counter. Muffins and pies make for a great take home, especially if you’re visiting someone after Perkins.
