Always looking for the best coffee places, living in WA state where we know how to make our coffee, going on vacation always seems to be a challenge to find good coffee thats also not overpriced. Tyler was great ringing up our order. Great customer service. Used a free drink for downloading the rewards app. Jacob made a super good iced Americano+ white chocolate syrup+ cream. Music was good. Space was clean. Air conditioning was working great, on this hot day! Water out and full for drinking : prices reasonable
I passed my starbucks on my way to santa clara so decided to try Perks, WOW! really $11 for a large macchiato! I said light Ice and it looks like they just put regular ice. I’ll just stay loyal to starbucks can’t never go wrong i got the same thing i get at starbucks and never pay more than 8$ Starbucks VENTI , ICED MACCHIATO, BLONDE ESPRESSO, OAT MILK , LIGHT ICE .Plus the girl was not too nice until after the total “oh so how your day been” but at first “Soo what can i get you”
Occasionally mess up my order on busy days. But they’re only human. Food is meh but coffee is great. People are very friendly. Inside and drive thru wait are very quick. Never wait more than 5 minutes for a drink. Fair prices.
