I have eaten at City Farm Perth a number of times - it is a tranquil shady friendly place to eat a breakfast or lunch. Menu is simple, filling and ingredients come from the City Farm. Staff are young friendly and helpful. For instance, I ordered pork meatballs from organically raised pigs and wanted something to accompany - late breakfast/main meal of day and they suggested a green salad - ohhh so tasty with different herby flavours - and that wasn't on the menu!I had the salmon eggs benedict at 23$ ish and salmon was generous and thick cut and really, really good with the eggs - salty, smoky and complimentary. I come here regularly on the weekends, the kids love the sandpit with diggers, the food and coffee is excellent, fresh and original. Nice escape from the offices and chaos in the city. In winter they have gas heaters and blankets to borrow, in summer they have fans on and plenty of shade. Friendly staff look out for the kids and have plenty of options for fussy eaters (small and large!) Easy to get there on the yellow CAT which stops out the front or it's right next to the claisebrook train station. Can't recommend enough.
What a versatile venue !!!!!Went to a combined birthday/ anniversary party on a warm autumn night Food was two great food trucks set up in the outdoor garden courtyard- Yumm paella being. served in one truck---gorgeous peaceful pretty areaThere was a band inside a large indoor space suitable for dancing or lots of Bar top tables dotted around and the event kicked into top gear .. good food good music and great atmosphere!! Even has parking sorted with a large parking area across the road
This cafe serves really good coffee if you like the creamier full bodied style. They also have a good range of fresh cooked savoury and sweet snacks and food, including breakfasts. We have been a few times, usually going if we visit the Perth City Farm markets on Saturday mornings. The coffee is always good, though the Chai Latte my wife likes have been not flavoursome enough for her taste. City Farm cafe is a family favourite. The food is excellent - fresh, healthy and interesting - something for everyone & the coffee superb. I've been here on my own, looking for some serenity, with family (kids love the garden & sandpit with diggers) and with a large work group for a celebratory breakfast!! Service is great too & the setting an oasis in the city :)
A farm / orchard like environment in the middle of Perth!. Great cafe, food was great, coffee was good, owner very pleasant and helpful. Only down side, despite being a Monday morning and not busy, the service was slow. Owner did apologise, and I suspect not a usual occurrence. I would recommend it.
Had brunch here today. A pleasant environment and good coffee but the quinoa hash was burnt and inedible and the feta was missing from the quinoa hash with eggs and feta. So it was a very expensive 2 fried eggs. The waitress appeared uninterested in my feedback. Wouldn't go back again.

The food was alright, my turmeric latte was pretty good. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I'd go again sometime if I found myself in the area.
