I am here twice and both times the food was excellent, This is the place for Cazuela, which can be thought of as thick bisque with seafood. The place is always busy and the interior calls for a maritime presence, with shells, turtles and nautical memories. Because the place is always busy, the service can be something immaculate, but it finally, Colombia, where things move at a different pace. The owners are proud to offer the best. Last time I wanted to order Conzuela with Bagre and Camarones (Catfish and Shrimp). However, they did not have the catfish because the owner could not achieve sufficient quality. Nevertheless, the Shrimp Cazuela was excellent!
People, this restaurant might not be close to anything you want to see but let me tell you, it is worth it. Prices are a little bit hight but the food sure is great. Delicious soups and all sort of plates involving fish and seafood. I tried the Cazuela de Mariscos (like a cream with seafood) and i must say im in love with it. The place is really nice inside, so; if you have time to explore the city and you are not in a hurry go for it, im sure you will like it and you would have visited a restaurant with tradition in Bucaramanga.

Very busy place queues out the door. The food is very good, just due to it being so busy the service takes a while. I had pargo rojo which I am informed is the best thing on the menu along with the cazuelas. It didn't disappoint. The place has High ceiling witch help with temperature control, There is No AC only fan cooling. Cazuela was the dish i ordered and it was good and filling. came with small rise and fried flat plantain chips. There were some interesting Dishes Full Fish. Prices are good too for the visitors and their currency

Horrible service, very rude staff. The food decent but not worth the stress of queuing and being treated like dirt. If you want to queu for hours in a very messy and uncomfortable place go there. Pescocentro needs to improve its service.
