The Szechuan-style dishes at Peter Chang are exceptionally fresh and packed with flavor. We started with a cold appetizer featuring thinly sliced beef tendons marinated in a spicy chili sauce with garlic, ginger, and cilantro—absolutely delicious. I loved every entree we tried, including the dry-fried eggplant, twice-cooked pork, and spicy hot pot flounder. The spices and flavors truly awaken your taste buds in a manner that's quite different from typical Americanized Chinese cuisine.
Very fresh and delicious szechuan-style cuisine. We started off with a cold appetizer of beef tendons that were sliced thin and marinated with spicy chili sauce, garlic, ginger, and cilantro. I loved all the entrees we ordered: dry fried eggplant,twice-cooked pork, and the spicy hot pot flounder. The spices and flavors definitely activate different receptors in your tastebuds as opposed to Americanized Chinese food.
It took me 8 years to find a great Chinese restaurant and this is it! I order from here almost weekly now. The best part about the food is you can select the spicy level of many of the dishes, and I love it spicy! I’m talking REAL spicy not weak American standard spicy, and they deliver. Peter Chang offers high-end Chinese cuisine that is simply exquisite! I ordered takeout, and it arrived hot, fresh, and truly remarkable. The bamboo flounder was precisely what I was in the mood for—flavorful and crispy. I also tried grandma’s noodles and the pork belly, both of which were outstanding. Very much enjoyed our experience dining at Peter Chang! This restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Their scallion pancake is rather unique.. very large in size, but manageable once you break it up. We ordered the Vegetable Hot Pot, amazing. Jing-Yu provided great service. Will definitely return, 5 stars!
Very unassuming Chinese place, but the menu is VERY unique and extensive. I got a staple for lunch: mixed vegetable with tofu, but the veggies were super fresh and crispy... which is rare. Hot tea and the wonton soup were both excellent, and the pricingis reasonable. Lunch special, well priced.
The food at Peter Chang is exceptional! The Crunchy Pork and Scallion Puffs were outstanding, and my Lettuce Wrap was remarkable as well. While the ambiance of the building could definitely benefit from some updates and a bit more character, the food and service made for a fantastic experience!

Being seated next to the restroom in a mostly empty restaurant says a lot about the experience. On the bright side, the waiter was polite. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this establishment.
