As a new customer I placed a modest custom order for a difficult to source fish just to see how I liked the place. The girl who took my order was delightful and explained the process. I got a call when my order was ready right on schedule from another very pleasant lady. I was offered choices on fish preparation, but I opted out for the whole fish so that I can judge the quality of the product for myself. When I showed up I was greeted warmly by the staff.
