The food was okay. The Burger was good, except I had to tell my waitress two times, I ordered a Speck Cheeseburger. Service SUCKS! I couldn't drink. 2 waiters and a male waiter forget about our table for drinks, service and food orders. Errors after errors. We needed cutlery and plates to tell people after the third time (and our food was on the table, always cold), the cutlery finally came to the table...All Dirty!! (the plates were clean)... some of the forks had some dried food on them. Disgusting! Finally, for Dessert we ordered hot pretzels. After 10-15 minutes waiting for the pulpits, they came to the table, COLD without cheese sauce. At this point I told the lady, forget it, we don't...
This place used to be excellent!!!! I was so disappointed when I went yesterday the shishito peppers were barely cooked with A thick nasty pond sauce,the nachos were cold with hardly any sour cream ,not to mention our waitress did not want to be there and looked miserable. We even had to ask for silverware. I will never be back!! And you can forget about the 25 cent wings that are on the menu, she said they currently do nothat anymore because of covid !! SMH take it off the menu then! What a shame and it smelled like a urinal when we walked in. That should have been a warning to leave !!!
Food and service were okay. The main reason for the 2 stars was cleanliness and environment. There were a lot of flies (at least 20) on a table and on the utensils next to us. In addition to the fight against the flies throughout the meal, I was horrified that the waiters just cleaned them away and sat a family at this table. I don't want to eat with utensils that had flies over them and the table.
I had the pleasure of meeting the owners/partners, Great People. This place has a great atmosphere. The buffalo wings were beautiful and crispy, but the actual star of the show was the chili Mac and cheese....6 stars have to try....Savory and Delicious. I'm back!
