Estancia de 3 noches en Alcudia. Muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico de Alcudia. A primera vista, satisfecho con la habitación y los servicios. La habitación estaba en la segunda planta, encima de un restaurante, bien insonorizada y con bañera de hidromasaje. Sin embargo, hubo importantes problemas de agua y presión. Era muy difícil usar la bañera de hidromasaje, o incluso ducharse. El segundo día, no teníamos agua. La recepcionista nos ofreció inmediatamente otra habitación, una suite (y le agradezco su atención). We really enjoyed our stay in Alcudia. I was a big fan of the stone walls the atmosphere was similar to a house in Tuscany very romantic. The cleaning service was caring and attentive and we always had new towels and fresh bedsheets. The air con was definitely a big bonus due to the high humidity, as well as the two sinks in the bathroom. I personally didn’t like the hair drier it really took me long to dry my hair as it was working intermittently. We also tried the restaurant below, and the meat and wines are really good! Mi habitación era estupenda, limpieza un 10, ubicación fantástica! Contras: el colchón debe renovarse, no hay más, ducha, bueno, passable, bastante rústica. Ahora bién, haceros un favor: colocar un cartel diciendo dónde está la recepción, ganaremos los huéspedes, para no sentirnos sin información, y desuhibicados, porque los teléfonos que detalláis en la puerta, no sirven para nada, y vosotras os ahorrareis la explicación, que aprovecho para decir, que muy poco educada, más bien desagradable, y a parte, la chica que después me dió la llave, igual de borde, por el contrario, las tres chicas que encontré de la limpieza, muy amables y atentas, igual que las chicas que sirven el desayuno fantást...
We stayed for 14 nights. We found a raisin on the table which meant the cleaning was subpar. The toilet was leaking slightly so the urine smell was constant problem. Air conditioning was rather loud. The location is in oldtown but the rooms are located next to or above restaurant so there was constant noises from below disrupting sleep. Double bed with same sized blanket meant my wife was constantly stealing it from me and for the last 4 night or so we were given a single size blanket. The breakfast consisted of the same menu but you could at least ask for eggs made in different ways. The staff was nice and pleasant though. Wouldn't go for the second time.

a very well located hotel, in Mallorcan style with good decoration and good materials. the bed is good and the shower also. the only negative point to highlight is that it is an old house renovated as a hotel, which also has a restaurant in the same building on the street. It's not well isolated so there's a lot of noise until the morning and it's hard to rest because of it.
Hemos reservado una suite con bañera de hidromasaje y piscina privada, tanto la habitación como la limpieza perfecta. Pero la ubicación de la estancia no lo era, había justo un restaurante con terraza al lado y se escuchaba bastante ruido. Escogimos opción media pensión, todo aceptable pero nada en especial. El servicio de las camareras excelente.
La habitación 401 no es la mejor. Está en la planta baja, junto a un restaurante, así que es un poco ruidosa hasta al menos las 23:00. Al parecer, el lavavajillas también está muy cerca de la habitación. Las ventanas también gotean mucho, así que hay algo de ruido exterior, pero es normal dada la ubicación del hotel. La habitación estaba limpia.
Loved this restaurant We had the lunchtime meal of the day while looking around the old town and all really enjoyed it. We ate in the garden area, bliss. Staff friendly enjoyed it. Tiny mouse size toilets funny things with an odd door. Food and atmosphere worth popping in for a visit.

The courtyard setting and the service at this restaurant were great, however the food was mediocre. It doesn't help that this partially enclosed courtyard allows fellow diners to smoke right next to you. Will never get used to that rude and repulsive behavior.
