My husband and I had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. We had a 4-course pre-fixe meal but our reservation at 7:30pm had us leaving close to 11:00pm due to service delays. We waited at least 30 minutes between each course, while every other table was served promptly. We were told that the Chef messed up our order, but no further explanation was given. Our waiter stopped attending to us halfway through and never offered an explanation or apology upon his return. Overall solid dinner, I had the chicken parm and the mrs had the short ribs and we split the calamari. Enjoyed the calamari, the chicken with the chicken parm was one of the best I’ve had but the pasta (surprisingly) left a lot to be desired, short ribs were good not the best we’ve had but my wife was happy with the choice. Service was great, and was a nice place for a date night, we were there for an early dinner so it was quiet but it may be louder when it’s full. App, two meals and a couple sodas ran us $70, not the most expensive but probably a little too pricey to replace as our go to Italian joint.
It was the Valentine’s Day menu, and that could explain why some of the food was over cooked (dry chicken and cake) or kind of had a strange or bland flavor profile (chicken, again, and, sadly, the lamb pasta). The potato artichoke soup was the only stellar part of the meal, and it was truly delicious. I’ll assume the other dishes were victims of a busy night and an unfamiliar specialty menu.
Food was lousy and way too expensive, wife could not even eat her swordfish. Chicken was overcooked and service oddly slow. I understand holiday menu markup, but the food should be on par with the price and it fell well below average.

Went for the valentines Dinner event. Atmosphere was lovely and the wine pairing was exquisite. Food and sauce was authentic which we enjoyed. Will be back again . Oh, and if your a beer lover try the Italian beer!
Been to Lupa several times. Last visit was a bit disappointing: server was very inattentive and the food was uninspired. Sorry to say that we may not be back.
Wonderful Valentine’s Day menu with option for wine pairing. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional and friendly
Dessert was amazing but that’s about it. The meal was alright it seemed a bit over priced for the quality of taste.
