It's definitely worth the hour drive to check out the old neighborhood, especially Petrillo's.One of our favorite deli in NJ, along with Fiori in Hoboken. Food is wonderful, but twice the portion compared to other places and with very reasonable prices. Used to eat here with my family as a kid from the mid 1990s through the early 2000s. Haven't been since at least 2012. Really miss it! Their cold cut sandwiches were awesome, but my favorite was their pasta. I don't know what it is about their spaghetti that made it so special, but I've chased that my whole life. We no longer live in the area, I'm a grown up living in South Carolina now, but I want to say thanks to everybody here that took care of us back in the day. Next time I'm home in Jersey, I'm going to stop in.
One of my go to delis. They're always filled with regulars in the morning having breakfast and coffee. I usually get a chicken cutlet hero and it's massive. I'm sure the breakfast sandwiches and pizza are great too. Friendly service
Real Italian deli serving good quality food. Best part, they don't skimp on portions, something hard to find nowadays. People behind the counter are good hearted people who clearly take pride in their cooking. 10/10.

Best deli Ive been to in nj. I would highly recommend it. We always grab a sandwich before golf. It's part of the tradition. I think my son likes the sandwiches better than the golf.
Love everything I get from here. Their daily hot specials are always delicious. And everyone is so sweet, willing to help.
We had an Italian sub and macaroni and potato salad which was delicious!! We met John, very nice and attentive.
