Disappointed! We had a later reservation and from the time we walked in, bad. It took about 8 minutes to even have someone acknowledge us. Once seated it took a long time to order. We ordered everything at once to make it easier. Everything came out at the same time no courses. One of the dishes was not what we ordered and we brought it to the servers attention and she told us the kitchen was closed so it couldn't be replaced but the best part was she still charged us for it. It was just bad, the dishes looked dirty. I hadn't been to a PF Cheung's in years and will likely NEVER go back to one. The dumplings were good, the rest was too much oil.
I will never go back! The restaurant was way too crowded and the servers were not only bad but also incompetent. Our server, John, who I now refer to as "John the Moron", barely checked on us during the 40 minutes it took to get our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold and incorrect. Two of our items never even made it to our table. We had to rush through our meal in 20 minutes before leaving for a show, and we didn't leave a tip for John. It seemed like other tables were also having issues that night. $62 for cold, incorrect food and minimal portions is not worth it. Avoid this place at all costs!
The Kitchen and Service both had major issues during our visit. Food from tables that ordered after us arrived before ours did. Our entrées were prepared before our appetizers, so we ended up cancelling them. There were numerous excuses given. The manager did his best to handle the situation and ended up comping our cancelled appetizers and one of our entrées. It's disappointing to say that I am not eager to return, even though I did enjoy this place in the past.
The focus on service at this restaurant is outstanding! I visited on a Tuesday afternoon and was warmly greeted by the only two servers working. Although it wasn't very busy when I arrived, the restaurant quickly filled up. The servers had great attitudes and were very efficient. I never felt like I had to wait for anything, and the food was impeccably prepared. My only critiques are that my soda was warm and there were no non-alcoholic beer options available.

The food took a long time to arrive and the waitress was not attentive to our dining progress - she offered dessert before we had even received our entrees. She seemed unaware that we were still waiting for our main dishes. The seating by the windows facing the mall provided little privacy for dining, as many people gathered in that area to wait for tables. Overall, it was not a good dining experience.
Went to dinner at PF Changs with business associates. The service was wonderful as usual. The food was consistent with what I expected and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Nothing at PF Changs is inconsistent but there is nothing that Wows you either. They don't like changes or special requests for the menu but overall a good place for a business dinner.
Friday night, party of 10, and our server Nancy handled it with absolute grace! Super friendly and she even helped us with making plans in town after dinner. On top of it all she made sure to make me feel comfortable and helped us understand how and what is gluten free on the menu since i have a severe allergy. Food was super tasty and didn't even have a long wait!
The atmosphere is nice, the food is consistently good, and the restaurant is clean. However, having a friendly and attentive server can greatly enhance your dining experience. Nancy was exceptional in taking orders and ensuring everything was to our satisfaction, even accommodating our group of 12, including three young children. Thanks again for a wonderful meal.

Food was ok. Not as good as past experiences. Beef and Broccoli very small and lots of white rice. Lettuce wraps were good. Restaurant was not busy for a Sunday night which is very unusual for this place.
We were fortunate to have Nancy as our server. She provided excellent service, taking care to accommodate our nut allergy and vegetarian requests. Nancy truly enhanced our dining experience.
