I went to dinner with my daughter on Wednesday in the early evening and we had a very pleasant experience. We felt welcome when we came in and left with smiles. The dining area was not too crowded and the ambience was very relaxing. Our server was extremely personal, pleasant and accommodating. We placed our drink order and when our server heard me decide what, if at all, drink to order, they suggested a beverage selection that was just pleasant to my special taste palette. It is possible that it was just a happy guess, but I definitely appreciate it. The dishes were different than I used to, as it is a Japanese cuisine. We had the pork Dumplings pan fried. We asked for hot Chilli oil and got a sweet chili sauce instead. I'm not sure if the server knew what hot Chilli oil tastes or looks like, we have been able to get it in the past. My wife had the pepper beef and had rather odd beef broth based sauce which had a weird taste. My wife really didn't care for it, unfortunately what she used to order has been removed from the menu and nothing else is appealing to her. I had the Kung Pow Chicken and loved it.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. We ordered the egg drop soup, chicken lettuce wraps, and ginger chicken with broccoli, all of which were excellent. Our server, Gina, was exceptional - the best we've had in a long time at any restaurant. She was kind, thoughtful, efficient, and took the time to offer suggestions. We loved her vibrant and positive personality, and hope to have her as our server again when we visit. The restaurant made a great choice in hiring her.
I adore this restaurant. I would happily drive 45 minutes just to dine here on special occasions. Every dish is delicious, but my favorites are the Spicy Changs Chicken and the Chicken Salad. The sushi is also top-notch. The dessert, a fudgy hot chocolate, was absolutely divine. My brother and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. It had been years since we last visited, but we will definitely be back soon. The portion sizes were generous and we were thrilled to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. We are grateful for the excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter was particularly outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic meal!
I had an amazing dinner tonight! The food was so delicious that we forgot to take a picture before it arrived. The highlight of the meal was when the manager, Kirsten, came out to ask how our meal was going. It was a nice touch that really made our night. We are big fans of P.F. Chang's and we were happy to see the consistency at the Wauwatosa location. You are doing a great job! We can't wait to return next time we are in town.
The salmon is worth the trip. I loved it, really. I wasn't sure about the food but the atmosphere really changes my mood and mind. Take some ok food, in a fancy place.. Does your brain trick you too? I have so so experiences. Some good, some bad, and some when I am starving and can't tell. All and all, It's a good choice rating 7/10
The street noodles were excellent along with the lettuce wraps. I enjoyed my visit there. However, I did not like the egg plant. This doesn't mean that others won't love it.. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is great. The food is average, leaning more towards American Chinese cuisine like Panda Express, but the restaurant itself is beautiful. It's still good enough for someone who isn't picky about traditional Asian cuisine.
