We have to stop using a staffing storage for poor and inconsistent communication in the restuarant that is a chain. Let me first day that my waitress DANA was the absolute best! Food was good and her ability to train and provide great customer service at the same time was not just professional but poised when asked a question. Thank you Dana! Now onto the real complaint. My husband and I were told that we could not sit at the bar do to being short staff. Two women were at the bar and we were told that they had been there for over an hour but we could not sit there. before the pandemic I have eaten here more often because it was so good. Today and the last 2 times I ate here the quality has gone down the hill. eating is just not done as it was before. the Mongolian bark was not tasteful and my mom had a hard time to chew it because it wasn't so tender. instead of rice, we have replaced lomein, but it was just noodles, no sweet in there. the fried rice was bland. because my mom couldn't eat the bark, they brought her sweet and sour bun that wasn't so good. that was also bland and mushy. we're all agreed. even before the pandemic always wait, no matter what day or time. My husband and I had dinner here with a friend and 4 little kiddos. It was a great experience. The server Ilaria was attentive and patient despite the fact that having kids at your table is always a little chaotic. The food was delicious and they were attentive to the fact that we had a peanut allergy at the table as well. We will definitely be back!

Atmosphere, service, and food quality were outstanding. Would recommend they add pictures of the dishes to their menu. Two of the dishes we ordered (based on the name and description) were not prepared as we expected...still good though...
