I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant. In the past, it was a challenge to secure a reservation on weekends due to its popularity. Recently, we were fortunate to dine there at 6pm on a Saturday. However, the food quality was disappointing. The crispy green beans were poorly battered and drenched in oil. The Miso Salmon was overcooked and dry, while the Orange Chicken was tough and dry. The Eggplant dish we ordered was returned as it was rubbery and difficult to cut. The service was satisfactory, but overall, the experience was underwhelming.
It seems to me that this chain has tried to keep their prices moderate and by doing so they have made their portions tiny. One of our entrees this time was the pepper steak, and I swear there was eight small pieces of steak and about ten pieces of pepper. Literally the size of a side salad. Although it was tasty, definitely not worth the $22 or so they charged. Just not a good value anymore.
I had lunch with two friends at this restaurant. The service was excellent, they constantly refilled our drinks and had a wide selection of dishes. I tried the chicken kung pao bowl, which was tasty but a little dry. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our meal.
Horrible service was more than ten minutes into dinner before we got our drinks. To Management: why is the bartender serving tables when you literally have 20 tables and a dozen servers in the entire restaurant? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We thoroughly enjoyed the dynamite shrimp appetizer and sea bass entree at this restaurant. My mother-in-law particularly loves the sea bass and claims it's her favorite anywhere.
I have been going to this PF Chang for several years now and the food is excellent, the service attentive, and the atmosphere is inviting.
Good food great atmosphere. The service was good. It is a little overpriced for what it is but portions are big sharable family style.
