However, I did notice a couple of things during our visit. While the food was well-prepared, it was a bit too oily for my taste, which was surprising as I usually don't expect that from PF Chang's. Additionally, while the restaurant was clean, it wasn't spotless—there was some dirt under the table. Perhaps the recent lockdowns affected the cleanliness during our visit.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this PF Chang's location. I believe my concerns about the food were an isolated incident, and the restaurant lives up to its good reputation.
You absolutely have to try the Mongolian beef—it's incredibly delicious! The long life noodles are fantastic as well, and I highly recommend them. The sweet and sour chicken is simply divine! Everything in the picture looks amazing. I can't remember the name of the shrimp dish, but it was incredible too. I truly believe that everything on the menu is delicious. The hot and sour soup is my go-to appetizer during every visit! The service is consistently good, with many friendly staff members working here. Whenever I'm at the mall, this restaurant is a must-visit.
I sat down at a table that was wet, with no cutlery in sight. There were only two other tables with diners, and no wait for a table. However, I waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. The drinks arrived in a reasonable time, but unfortunately, the food was cold and overcooked. We had to get up and grab cutlery from another table just to eat the unpleasant food. We sent back the Kung Pao Chicken because it was ice cold, and the Chicken Lo Mein was missing recognizable pieces and was also cold. I couldn't wait to leave this place.
I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The food and drinks were both enjoyable. I did wish the ambiance didn't remind me too much of a Chinese restaurant, but overall, I really liked my visit. The waiter was exceptionally friendly, though I regret not catching his name. I went on Tuesday, January 26th, with a reservation for 5:00 PM, and I was seated right away, which was fantastic.

it seemed to have some problems in the kitchen. our appetizer was excellent, but when our main course arrived, the rice was not. when the server recognized the problem, my meal was cold, so I asked to reheat it. the manager made me a whole new court and tear. now the meal was as it should be.
I visit almost yearly and everytime I go i enjoy it a lot. There are plenty of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options. During my visit I ordered the lettuce wraps, and a GF fried rice bowl with an egg drop soup. Everything came out good.
Short ribs were Ehhh… over priced, short staffed. Place was empty. Waited to sit with a reservation. Waited for service. Food was good. Not great. For those prices I could eat next door at Ruth Chris.
Gluten free chinese... Reliable, good service, very tasty. Expensive for Chinese food but to find gluten free chinese that I can trust is invaluable. My wife and I are regulars.
