5 stars are well deserved at this location. The new bartender paid attention very closely to first bring salt, freshly minced ginger and lemons. Someone from the kitchen staff was vey quick to serve my Beef fried rice which was made to order with a side of Mongolian sauce and I asked for extra well done beef, add broccoli, add spinach and sprouts. Compliments to the chefs in the kitchen and the bartender, my order taker. I come back only to PF Chang's for the best Beef Fried-rice experience.
If it weren't for the service, we would have given this place just one star. I ordered a non-spicy dish (pepper steak), but it turned out to be so spicy that it completely ruined the meal for me.
Gabby was quite a character; she kept hurrying us along. I came in to celebrate my birthday, but she didn't make the experience as special as I had hoped. However, the food was really good.
