I used to love this restaurant but, sadly it has dropped in quality quite a bit. To begin with, the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper (which to me is a HUGE reflection of the overall quality and cleanliness of any eating establishment). The second and more disappointing aspect of the evening was over fish sauce in a dish. I am a vegetarian and I ordered a noodle salad that did not list any meat in it. It came and when I ate it there was an overall strong fish smell. That was fine, I stopped eating it. But I asked the waiter if there was fish in it and it took about 15 minutes to get an answer. Because I have been a vegetarian for 30 years, the taste made me sick to my stomach, but...
The good was VERY average. Looked great on the menu but those were pictures! We had reservations, got there 5 minutes early. There were plenty of empty tables and waited at least 15 minutes before we were seated. The service was slow (perhaps the waiter had too many tables??? Don’t know). I’m sure other P.F. Chang’s are better. Hope so. The location of this one is great because it’s right across the street from the convention center and parking is readily available.
Good service can't compensate the overall food quality. Appetizers are good, tried Signature lettuce wrap and crispy avocado roll. Surf and turf is a little disappointing as $27 value, I prefer the traditional surf and turf with lobster and filet mignon rather than fired shrimps and well cooked filet with salty sauce.
Our food was good, like usual at P.F. Chang’s. Our waiter was awesome: very quick and attentive. Our only issue was with the furniture on the outdoor patio...the bench seats were worn out and uncomfortable. During our meal, we witnessed several other guests discover and comment on the same.

Prices are very reasonable. It had been quite awhile since I had been to a PF Changs. I thinked they changed the Lettuce Wrap recipe so I was very disappointed in them and the chicken tasted burnt. The service was excellent.
Server very impersonal. Seats were falling apart...menus torn and tacky. Food was good in taste but warmish/not hot. Bathroom was dirty and not maintained.
Very big reduction in menu options. Fewer vegetarian choices. More difficult to get points. Much easier with phone number.
Perfect getaway with my friend and our kids. Enjoyed happy hour and the kids enjoyed being out.

Great dinner and outstanding service. Every dish we had was delicious.
