We ordered the Kung Pao dragon roll, which was served under a domed lid that they lifted at our table, allowing the smoke to escape. The presentation was neat and the sushi was delicious, making it one of our favorites. We also enjoyed the crispy honey shrimp and the pepper steak, both of which were very tasty.
My daughter, who is picky, loved the kids lo mein and declared this her favorite restaurant because of it. The service was nice and our food arrived quickly, which has always been a positive aspect of dining here. We have never had to wait too long for our food during any of our visits.
Had a reservation and several people came in without reservations and were seated ahead of us. We were not early. Almost left, but reluctantly stayed. Server was great and almost made up for the poor start. Food was good, but very pricey for the portions. It’s like this place doesn’t realize that most restaurants are going back to their pre Covid portion sizes. I know prices have gone up, but this place used to be packed always. It was half empty. I believe customers know something and they’re pricing themselves out. Every other restaurant in the immediate area was packed.
We had birthday reservation for 5:45pm.was seated immediately upon arrival. We would have preferred an oriental softer music instead of the loud modern music. Waitress was attentive timing out Beverages, appetizers and entrees perfectly. There was no acknowledgment that we were celebrating a birthday while we noticed other tables did. Otherwise, we will be returning for another delicious meal.
Jada offered excellent service. The Japanese Old Fashioned was a tasty twist on a classic cocktail. While I always enjoy the chicken lettuce wraps, I was disappointed to see they no longer use iceberg lettuce. The usual favorites such as pork potstickers, Mongolian beef, Chang's Spicy Chicken, and chicken fried rice were all delicious as usual.

Very disappointed by the food quality and taste. The rice was clearly leftovers from a prior day… the dishes were bland… the only positive was the beautiful building and friendly staff.
Good and service very good Find some items a bit pricey for the value I.e prime rib dumplings; pear mojito
Our dinner was delicious, our server was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We'll go back soon.
I always enjoy PF Changs. Great service, good food and nice ambiance.
