Very nice gastronomy and staff friendly and attentive. Prices are in the upper class and the portions are clear to normal. I only ate schnitzel with fries and salad €24.80), which was very average. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Abend in der Pfeffermühle. Der Service war aufmerksam und das Essen kam genau zur rechten Zeit. Mein Ritterteller hatte wirklich das gewisse Etwas. Eine sehr schmackhafte Sahnesauce, wirklich leckere Spätzle, leicht rosa gebratenes Schweinefleisch auf knusprigem Brokkoli und verschiedenen Rahmpilzen. Dann gab es frittierte Cocktails und getrocknete Tomaten. Das Ganze war gut zubereitet und die Portionen waren angemessen. Dazu gab es einen hervorragenden Pinot Gris und als Dessert eine Limetten-Panna-Cotta. Das Cordon Bleu meines Partners war ebenfalls sehr gut. Für uns war es ein kulinarisches Erlebnis!
