Finally, I found a KFC worth visiting! I've been disappointed by other KFCs in the Laval and Montreal area, but this one outshines them all. The service was exceptionally quick (compared to the others), and the staff was polite and respectful. I waited a total of only 10 minutes at 6:00 PM, even with about 5 to 7 people ahead of me. The food was also delicious and satisfying. From now on, I'll only return to this KFC in St. Jerome; the detour is definitely worth it. Thank you, KFC St. Jerome—I finally experienced a great KFC meal!
The restaurant is very often empty but people come for take-out. Very often the food is not ready, like fries. They changed the cabadge salad which I think was a mistake. I went to visit the original PFK and it makes you wonder why Quebec decided not to use the American model. Out last visit in St-Jetome the chicken was fatty and not cooked enough and to my surprise when I opened the box the fries had change to.
I placed an online order from this restaurant, but they never delivered my food. I tried calling them multiple times throughout the evening to check on the status of my order, but I couldn't get through; the line just kept disconnecting. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge my credit card three days later. I've now filed a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Second time here. Restaurant is clean. Staff are nice. First time we ordered 6/piece chicken and it’s ok. This time we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. They are terrible. The buns are ok. The chicken is small and dried up. They are really tough to eat or to swallow. Even with sauce We can finish them. We have to throw them out. I’m not sure if we will give this place another chance. I found s new pair of pants , the tag said $7.97 , a pair of lounge pants $7.97 , one bohemian blouse in excellent condition , a plaid shirt Garage brand) also like new ,and a large ceramic utensil holder . All total I added up the tags and I thought I was going to pay over $30. , the cost was $3.67 . I'll be returning . Great shopping day .
The experience was good! I didn't wait as long as I used to to get my food : I ordered online tho. The cashier was very friendly and the food was good as expected. The only downside is that I heard cooks doing whatever in the kitchen and THEY didn't seem to like their place in the kitchen.
Staff work really hard and show their efforts. During the most busy day, Cyber Monday, the Drive-Thru was smooth and just had to wait a few minutes for my order. Corporate should do something for this industry as they earn such a loyal clientele.
