I visited the drive-thru and when I received my bag, it tore open and pieces of chicken fell to the ground. I asked the staff if there was any chance they could give me some more chicken, but they refused to refund me or replace the fallen pieces. Given the price I paid, I believe a reimbursement should have been offered! Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner
We went to the drive-thru ordering 2 dinners of 2 pieces, arrived at home no fries and sauce we paid for 2 full dinners and this is what we got. There's always something that doesn't work, either because the chicken isn't edible or something is missing from the order... well, ordinary Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40
