Perfect restaurant. Real homemade food that tastes good, not those bland all-you-can-eat restaurants you find everywhere. The little extra, the warm towel that reminds me of my childhood. Traditional Vietnamese restaurant that is better than I could taste. Very nice discovery in Tarbes. The flamed cube beef is a delight. The bun bo nems is freshly cooked is crispy. The decor is broken but keeps its charm. The manager is the most filthy and helpful. Thanks again! We'll be back!
