Si le pain est plutôt ordinaire, le Kouign Amann est un des 2 ou 3 meilleurs du coin.Il a su faire le pain de seigle en tourte mais malheureusement la pâte et la cuisson ont évolué. Du coup, il est impossible à couper et le goût est moyen.
Classé meilleur Kouing aman en 2014 - il faut s'arrêter, ce gateau breton est sublime - pas trop " beurré" il reste croustillant après une journée et un passage au four pour le servir chaud un délice
