All the fried food had an unpleasant smell and taste. The Italian beef was even worse than what you'd find in a cafeteria (and you know what I mean). The chicken nuggets and fried mushrooms were just mushy on the inside and not properly cooked. The owner did issue a refund for the undercooked food (let's hope we don't get sick), but I won't be returning. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch
Menu and website says they deliver. I called to place an order and was rudely and dismissively told that they don't deliver. I had just received their menu in the mail this week, and wanted to try them out. I also noticed the prices on their website are three dollars higher on all items than on the flyer menu they mailed to me. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other

My girlfriend and her mom wanted to try it. Everything we ordered was undercooked. Nuggets were goo-ey. Mac n cheese looked good. But tasted very bland. The place did not look good either. The younger staff member at this restaurant really struggles with cooking. Each time I place an order, there seems to be an issue with my food. During my last visit, he burnt the chicken and served me cold nachos. This was a take-out order.

Ordered a Grill chicken salad, it did not have any of the ingredients that it was supposed to, and absolutely no salad dressing
