The sandwich, served on a roll rather than a hoagie, sub, or Portuguese roll, was definitely not worth the high price. The steak was hardly noticeable, and the onions, peppers, and mushrooms were very minimal. I had high hopes for this meal. The fries were not properly vented and ended up being soggy! This was my first and last order from this location.
Quality of cheese steak declined from my first few orders. Used to be on a wedge/long sub but last order was on a bun/roll with poppy seeds. steak and cheese was also dryer. Happy to give another shot because first few times were good but hope last order was just a one time issue.
I’m sorry to say that my experience was terrible. This place isn’t even a proper Philly fresh cheesesteak franchise; it feels more like a deli. Save your money!
