i grew up pretty much all my life in Voorhees and would always love getting pretzels from the philly pretzel factory for lunchtime at school or after soccer games at the fields by Echelon! well i now go to college in Florida and am home this weekend visiting my family! yesterday, i asked my mom to run into this location and pick me up some yummy pretzels! well, my poor mom wasn’t aware of the closing time and arrived just before closing, where another costumer told the workers he wanted to buy the remaining pretzels of the day. my mom was super bummed and about to leave when a man working there, i’m not sure if he was the owner, told her that if she waited he would make her a fresh batch, ev...
I have ordered from this restaurant for the past two years. This year, my party was thrilled and they had no trouble updating my reservation for the following day. The customer service here is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place as they tick all the boxes for a great dining experience. The pretzels at this restaurant are consistently fresh. The owner clearly takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-run establishment. The staff handled long lines and a difficult customer with grace and professionalism, even during a busy event like the Super Bowl. Although we have moved from Voorhees, my wife and I still make a point to visit this restaurant.
