The food is good but the customer service sucks. I went in and picked up a dozen wings and fries. When I got home, I noticed that the wings were almost completely dry. They didn’t have any mild sauce on the wings, so I called and complained. I was told by someone on the phone that there would be a “credit” on my account for whenever I wanted to get another order for the same thing. I went to get that order today and “ nobody could find it”. Apparently it “wasn’t on the account”. This is my last time eating here. I spend way too much money to not be treated fairly. Sorry. I’ve been going to Philly’s for a number of years now. Whether it is eat in or take out the food has always been good. Portions are generous (more so when you eat in) and will not leave you hungry! Pricing is a little higher than similar type establishments in the area. With recent inflation across the country it’s nearly impossible to get away from it though. Their staff were always helpful and the location is clean. If I had to pick any negatives, there are times when it gets so crowded in there with people waiting for food, you don’t even want to be standing around. They do have quite accurate times for your meal to be ready.
Edit 6 years later I wrote this review 6 years ago and still come back every year for a chicken wing Stromboli still the same delicious recipe and amazing hospitable service. Best thing at phillys phinest is their chicken wing stromboli. I have yet to find another place that has a sauce as delicious and unique. I moved out of state and I miss this sooo much. Will be one of my stops when I come to visit.
We had the cheese steak monster sub and it was Delicious!!! Couldn't finish it. Also we had French fries with cheese. Our server Alexa was very nice and did everything right. The atmosphere was relaxing. Prices very decent

Hair in my burger I quit literally regurgitated my meal, you guys sounded like you were in a rush on the phone but this I a big health code violation. I’ve been in the lobby before and you guys do not wear hair nets………..
They took my order charge me for the food i order then said they don't deliver to my address when I have odered from this place twice there very rude
