Improvements would help. Better customer service, teach staff to say hello and to engage with customers. Clean the place. It was “filthy” ? Price your food better so if the place is dirty and the staff isn’t trying much your customer won’t feel bitter about spending $15 on a dry poutine.
The food at this restaurant was wonderful! This was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning. The portion sizes were good and the fries were excellent. The customer service was also top-notch.
