I've ordered and eaten here a handful of times and each time is just progressively worse which tracks with the steady reduction in star rating over the last 3-4yrs. This most recent time, I ordered pickup and my order took over an hour to be ready (approximately 30mims past the time promised). There I sat swatting flies in a hot diner with no A/C while my ice cream melted in the car. The staff intentionally ignore any remarks regarding the status of your order and refuse to make anything right. To boot, the food is lackluster at best. The peanut sauce for the rolls lacked flavor, and there was way too much lettuce compared to the noodles. The pho was decent, but the takeout container was impractical. I was staying in a hotel, and all the ingredients were separated. I had to pour out half the broth just to fit the meat and noodles in the broth container. They really need to reconsider their packaging.
As for the food, it was quite disappointing. It seemed to lack authenticity, likely because the restaurant is Vietnamese but operated by non-Vietnamese individuals. On a positive note, the service was very polite! Unfortunately, the atmosphere could use improvement as well; there were bugs flying around and even an ant crawling on my leg.
I enjoy sampling pho from various places during my travels, and this bowl was almost my favorite I've ever had. I ordered the Pho Bo Vien, along with fried egg rolls and steamed rice. Bought two larger no. 12s: great portion sizes, ingredients, and flavor. Note that it would be useful to use large bowels at home if you get a large, because youll have a hard time fitting all the ingredients in the one it comes in. Not a problem for me, but important to note for some.
Currently, they offer just one vegan dish on the menu, but if you request it, they will happily prepare vegan spring rolls, which are absolutely delicious. The staff is very accommodating to vegans and goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience.
I received a wonderful welcome! The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered vegan options, and when I requested it, they customized the spring roll to be vegan. It was a great experience!

I always enjoy visiting this place for some great pho. I remember before the pandemic, there were fewer lettuce offerings, but I still love coming here!
