Disappointment predominates after my visit to the restaurant Pho 11. Ideally located in the Rue Saint Anne district, it nevertheless suffers from the competition of other restaurants nearby, both at the service level and in the plate. The welcome was also very average, as the waitress made us understand at several times that we were taking too much time at the table.
I was worse, but I improved. I took a satay beef soup, the soup was very sweet. I didn't like her too much and I didn't finish my dish. The room was too full in that period.
For the moment: the food insipid, everything is too cooked, no pleasure, half the staff as a prison door. The next day: I should not have stopped here ....

Bon rapport qualité-prix et excellent service. Menus intéressants (copieux, varié et en terrasse), très bon dessert.
