They have a location in Ironwood and their previous shop was just on the other side of the Capstan plaza.Business must be good as they have relocated to this shiny, larger space. I used to really enjoy Pho 37. They had affordable prices, delicious pho, and decent service. It was my go-to pho restaurant and I went a few times every month. However, nowadays it seems they have jumped on the “higher prices, lower quality” bandwagon like many other places. They raised their noodle soup price by a whopping 25%, and after visiting a few days ago, the portion size seemed to be cut by 25% as well. Not the fanciest restaurant around, but the food is always excellent! It can be a bit of a wait, especially if you come right at lunch or dinner, but turnaround is fairly quick and most people are good about eating and leaving and not lingering over empty plates. The service might not be fine dining levels of attentive, but the staff are always hustling and pretty quick to get you what you need. We went there for lunch and had to wait in line for a table. The noodle soup turned out to be worth waiting for!! I had the special noodle soup #37 and my hubby had the regular pho #11. My soup was more rich and tasty than his but his was a clear soup base. Anyways, we both enjoyed the noodle soup and he had to get extra noodle which cost $3.95. Monday has a 10% off promotion. We will return for more. Seating area is bit crowded and not that comfortable, but it's a pho joint not a high end restaurant ?
Delicious pho with friendly staff. A bit pricier than typical pho, but worth it The decor of the restaurant is very bright and friendly. Plenty of seats with enough elbow space between other tables. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Prices are somewhat more expensive than a typical pho spot, but worth the price. The portions are large and the soup is very tasteful. Other places usually give minimal protein and more noodles, but not here. You get a decent part of meat to noodles
The beef Sate Peanut Noodle Soup is OUTSTANDING!!!! The soup is like drinking savory flavored liquid peanut butter. The beef carpaccio is also refreshing with lemon tan! A top pho square with its own unique taste! You also have lemongras chili oil on every table that is amazing and burst with taste! Impressed.
I enjoy this authentic Vietnamese restaurant pretty much and visited quite often when I worked downtown. This Richmond location is nice too. In this sunny summer, I ordered Papaya salad instead of their signature pho. The salad was so refreshing and it’s a perfect match with hot Viet coffee ???
Positive: in expensive, delicious, and service is great. Interior is clean and open. Location is easy to find and free parking available. Their fries spring roll and saute peanut pho is worth a visit. Negative: none Will return!
Super busy restaurant which means must be good! We had lime beef, salad roll and a rice dish. Everything was good and we were pleased with the service.
