I had been here a few times during the pandemic and once or twice before. Recently held a party inside, too. The staff is really nice and accommodating. During busier hours, I did once have an order forgotten (sushi from the bar in the same space) but it wasn't anything to cry about, really. Since the change of management in the Vietnamese restaurants in 8th Avenue, this restaurant is the one which has the best flavors in the area. The decor of the restaurant is nice and reminiscent of the wooden interiors in Viet restaurants I grew up with. When the food arrived, the summer rolls were standard—nothing special—but the steak was simply terrible: overly fatty and completely devoid of flavor. The servers were two young women who had no personality whatsoever. I even tried to make a little small talk, asking if they were from Vietnam, since my wife and I have visited twice and I love Vietnamese cuisine.
I’m quite knowledgeable about Vietnamese food, so when I couldn’t eat the steak, I sent it back. To my shock, the server handed me the check with that same item still on it. The food was so delicious, I had a really bad experience in a different pho restaurant but this place was soo good. The broth was really hearty and flavorful, it wasn’t oily or bland at all. The customer service was A+, our waitress was so polite and thoughtful, she always asked me and my friends if we were okay with the food and told us about the food. I loved my experience, everything was clean, the restaurant is cozy and super homey. The portion is really good and the price is average for a pho restaurant. I love this place, i’ll definitely come back often !
I visited this restaurant once when it first opened and again not long ago. Unfortunately, the food was not impressive, particularly the fried spring rolls, which were soggy and flavorless. The banh mi was decent, but only if you removed the large piece of unidentifiable brown meat. The service varied greatly; some staff members were attentive, while others would glance at you and then walk away. The decor seemed like an eclectic mix of everything.

The entrance had a small sushi stand on the side up on entering. Cute decor inside, but the AC was not on when we were there on an August afternoon! The Viet ice coffee was OK, nothing great or horrible. The portions were huge, even the extra noodles. It's was in a big bowl alone. The spring rolls were subpar, as if the everything was well minced all together. Would be wiling to try again to see if it would be better.
I've been visiting this restaurant for several years now, and I finally felt it was time to share my thoughts. The food is absolutely delicious, and the coffee and Thai iced tea are fantastic as well! In this picture, you can see the grilled chicken over rice, beef cubes, and veggie spring rolls. The pho is incredibly tasty, especially the beef meatballs! I always leave feeling full and very satisfied.
The pho was good, as was the beef cube with rice. The calamari was enjoyable as well, but the breading was a bit too thick. One of the staff members was quite short and snappy with customers, which was off-putting. Overall, while the food quality is acceptable and they seem to have a steady stream of takeout and delivery orders, that doesn’t excuse the poor treatment of customers.
“I know spot” is what my friend said when we were craving pho noodles. This place is definitely the spot. Flavorful broth in the pho special with a variety of ingredients from beef balls to sliced beef. The calamari appetizer was also nicely crisp with salt and pepper seasoning the garnish definitely adds to how authentic the flavor taste.

Restaurant Review: I’ve visited this place many times for both lunch and dinner. The service is excellent, and although the portion sizes are somewhat small, the flavors are consistently impressive. The food is always fresh and is served quickly. I will definitely be back to explore more items on their menu.
