The food is primarily 90% frozen Vietnamese dishes from Sam's Club, garnished with somewhat fresh vegetables. Everything served here is pre-packaged and lacks any homemade or chef-prepared quality. The main sous chef has a shocking practice of using a bowl for personal relief and then dumping it in the sink where vegetables are prepared. That same bowl is then placed among the dishes to be washed for customer service.

What a wonderful discovery! Taylor doesn't offer much in the way of Asian cuisine, so I'm really glad we decided to visit this spot. The food truck was spotless, and the owners were extremely friendly. I ordered the charbroiled pork with vermicelli, while my boyfriend went for the steamed dumplings. Our food was served to us in no time! We will definitely return to try their pho and spring rolls. Just a heads up—it's cash only!
The broth is what truly makes the Pho, and I must say, this restaurant offers one of the most flavorful broths I’ve ever tasted. There's no need for extra sauces; this pho is simply excellent! The portion sizes are generous and definitely satisfying. We also tried the fried rice with orange chicken, which was delicious. This place exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!
I ordered the combination vermicelli. There was only pork and chicken. The pork and the chicken looked exactly the same. And when I order at any other Asian/ Vietnamese restaurant combination it means a combination of 3 meats or more. They don't give me the choice to choose which protein I wanted. I will never spend my money here again. It's over priced and they seem to make the decision for you.

I had the pho, steamed dumplings, egg rolls, and a plate of their combination fried rice, and everything was absolutely delicious! This has become my favorite restaurant since I moved to Taylor. The owner is incredibly friendly and always seems so happy. It's a very welcoming and delightful place to eat!
I absolutely love all the food from Asianfoodtrucks, but one of my winter favorites is their Bo Kho soup! It's incredibly delicious and filling, especially perfect for when I'm not feeling well. This soup truly is the ultimate healing comfort food!
