We came here on a Monday night and the place was slightly busy but not packed. It is a smaller restaurant but good enough size to sit comfortably and enjoy your food. The ordering is QR code based, so you just pick what you want on your phone and they'll bring it out fairly quick. The chicken vermicelli was delicious and had a good portion of meat but overall the bowl of the dish is smaller than a lot of other places but still great tasting nonetheless. I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. I ordered the vermicelli noodle salad and was disappointed to find that it only contained noodles, fried tofu, and a minimal amount of lettuce. There were no vegetables, cilantro, or mint, and the lack of sauce was the biggest letdown. Just a couple of packets of hoisin and soy sauce did not make up for the absence of a proper dressing. The side of imperial rolls did little to enhance the bland overall meal.
I love the service, connection between owners and customers, the food is so good and you can tell it's made with love. You can feel the passion to feed the world when you eat it and eat there. I came with my 9 year old son and he loved the crispy duck skin and Wagyu garlic noodles! so good! I've ordered a few times for lunch at my office too. They have the freshest bahn mi! Yummy! Can't wait to go back!
I highly recommend trying the vegan pho at this restaurant if you like eggplant and prefer a lighter option. The portions are generous and I often have leftovers to take home. I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience of another reviewer, but I have always found the staff to be gracious and helpful during my visits here.

This is place is a hole in wall, small cozy and clean definitely won't mind coming back to try other items in the menu. The service was quick and easy. We ordered pho the flavor was missing a little more flavor but it was enough to cure my cold and had grilled pork vermicelli, I think it was missing more meat but it was good.
The item was labeled as vegan, but it actually contained non-vegan ingredients. It was disappointing to unknowingly support the use of animal products and also not have a meal. The restaurant does not prioritize their vegan customers and I would not recommend trusting them.
My wife and I live in San Francisco but we love to come down to San Bruno for the vegan pho and curry. Good, comforting Vietnamese food combined with fast and friendly service make for a great experience.
The best Vegan Pho is hard to come by and we are so excited that we finally found it! We live in the East Bay but we WILL be back. Chef Phong came out to chat and talked about expanding the vegan options.
