This restaurant has improved significantly under the new management, who is no stranger to the DMV Viet food scene. If you frequent a certain popular Vietnamese strip mall area in Falls Church VA, you'd definitely recognize their cooking style here.Yep, Eden Center has finally been brought to MoCo, right there for you on the Pike! I make it a point to dine here every time I visit DC. This place is simply the best, and I haven't encountered anything as delicious, even back in Brooklyn. Congratulations, Pho Eateries! I wish you all the best for your continued success.
DO NOT GET THE SUMMER ROLLS! My girlfriend and I both had them. The next day we spent over an hour on the toilet with straight water coming out! The rolls came out in around 30 seconds so who knows how long they have been sitting out!

I've never had such tender pho Thai before! After reading some reviews, I decided to order extra meat. To ensure it was fresh, the extra portion came in a separate bowl. There was so much that I couldn't finish it all!
We went to eat with my family but I don't know why instead of improving they got worse, very dirty, both the tables, the bathroom was disgusting and the food was not as pleasant as when they first opened.
