Quick service, kind and efficient workers, sanitizing game on point, and all importantly the food is great. What you come for is the pho ga (chicken pho bone in or off, noodles are customizable but standard is the medium width rice noodle, which I like better than the vermicelli). Broth has a rich flavor and enough fat to give it a good mouth feel. Ordered extra for the next day and there’s a good jiggle to the broth. Also ordered the banh cuon (steamed rice rolls with cha lua (pork loaf), stuffed with wood eared mushroom, pork, and this one has an addition of shrimp), goi (Vietnamese green papaya salad with an option of shredded chicken or beef), Hai Nam chicken, and BBQ pork chop rice with...
All three different staff members, runners, waiter were friendly. It's great to see a small business with a high level of food. We ordered chicken, chicken gizzard (they had run out but asked if we could wait a little), a small noodle soup, and he pork loaf slices w rice rolls. The unsweetened iced tea was free. The chopped ginger and soy sauce were great, free and on the table tops. Looking forward to going back here. I love Vietnamese food. I love food that has the Vietnamese Chinese vibe. And I can't recommend this establishment enough!
I discovered this restaurant today and tried their delicious chicken Hainan rice. The chicken was incredibly fresh, cooked and cut in the morning. It is served with bones, but they can be easily removed if preferred. The fragrant rice was excellent, and the best part was the fresh ginger used daily. The chicken soup that came with the dish was also delicious. I finished everything on my plate and wished I had more.

Soup base is chicken broth. The side dish like papaya salad and rice roll are yummy. The chocken is tender and skinny, good side not oily, bad side not enough meat. Overall it tastes.good and I will come back.
One of the few places I know of in the SGV that sells and makes a great Duck pho soup and Hanain Chicken meal. The staff is awesome and always makes me feel like a special friend every time I come to eat.
