Iv been going to PHO HA for almost five years. At one point every weekend. The staff used to give good service. ALL customers used to be served with same expediency and importance. Now they seem to be indifferent to SOME customers. They still have good food, but after they raised the prices it isn’t worth it ; If I have to deal with slow service and indifferent wait staff. I want to go back some day, but only if they put a banner out front that says “ under new management.”
My first time in this location, I thought it would be a better experience than the last one I had but I was wrong. The food was ok but the service wasn't, we had to wait for a while for someone to take our order secondly when it was time to get the check we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us. The servers working the front was to busy chatting with each other . I waved at one of them and he decided to turn and look the other way definitely not returning .
Food 3 Service 1 Atmosphere 3Food and atmosphere are pretty alright, what you’d expect of any other pho restaurant.Service was terrible. Waiter didn’t write down any of my party’s orders and ended up bringing 3/4 of the orders wrong. When we brought up attention on the wring orders all the server had to say was “I know what I heard and I’m right”. The server was rude and didn’t even offer to make corrections on the order.Bonus: server’s finger was in the soup.
Not shown in pictures, the pho itself was ok with the soup being different from what I'm used to at other Pho restaurants.However, the rice plate was surprisingly pretty good with the accompanying sauce for the dish not being too sour.Only qualms I have is the pricing here is slightly more expensive than other competitors by maybe $1-2, so it's somewhat harder to justify going here often.
This place is never consistent. It is always a hit or a miss. With did and service. This time, we ordered pho and egg rolls and bhanmi sandwich. Pho can out within 8 min. Egg rolls 15 min. Then the Bahnmi sandwich came out 30 minutes later. So after everything was finished. This was on a sat 4 pm. It wasn't busy at all!Food: 3/5
The place is nice and big. Clean from what I could tell. Food came out really fast. I ordered the bun thit nuong, it's a big bowl, which is prob why it cost $16. My coworkers got the combo pho and the regular sz bowl cost $16 but was the sz of a large bowl from what I'm used too. Overall good food, and good service.Food: 4/5
We were visiting Cali and my brother and sister-in-law said this was their favorite Pho spot. Food was super fresh and delicious. We had a few different Pho and spring rolls. Gòod service and nice atmosphere too!Vegetarian options: My sister-in-law had the vegetable Pho and extra mushroom broth.
If you come here..get ready to have to chase them down just to put your order in all the way until until you try to get your check. If you order something on the menu it's like they have a choice if they want to make that or not that day. The lemonade tasted rotten. They really don't care here.
Pretty disappointed. Got seated right away. BUT, we were seated for over 10 minutes NO SERVER to give us even water and attention! It's noonish. The place is not busy. They have good selection of food. Not even the waiter, who handed the next table's tab, was aware of us. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
