The wonderful aroma of Pho greets you as soon as you enter the restaurant. The service was attentive and everything was served promptly without any problems. It’s a great local spot to dine and enjoy. The Pho Tai came in a large bowl with a generous portion of noodles, far more than I expected. The broth was excellent, with a perfect aroma and flavor. I can’t quite pinpoint it, but they clearly use quality spices in their blend. The beef was nicely sliced, though I would have preferred it a bit thinner, but it was still good. Overall, it was some really good Pho.

Our experience at Pho Hiep Hoa was mixed in terms of taste and quality, especially between the Fried Tofu and Vegetable Pho and the Beef Stew. The Pho broth had a unique spice blend that reminded us of Indian flavors, which was unexpected, and the seasoning was hard to pinpoint. The vegetables were fresh and tasty, but the tofu was unfortunately dry. Overall, the Pho was decent but nothing exceptional. However, the Beef Stew was disappointing, and we cannot recommend it.
I hate writing bad reviews but I hate to inform everybody that the quality of food is very questionable. I found a fly in the MIDDLE of my summer spring roll. The worst part is that they did not even want to give a partial refund. I completely lost my appetite and threw the rest of the food away. It was a waste of money and time. I did not trust eating all the food I ordered. Plus the plastic cup that they use for the broth was broken and leaked out of the bag. The

I placed a large order for my family, but several items were missing. I spoke with the manager, who assured me that a refund would be issued to my card. However, when I followed up a week later, the manager claimed he had never spoken to me. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and it's outrageous to be treated this way with dishonesty and poor service.
I've visited Pho Hiep Hoa several times over the years and have always found it good. Recently, it has become our favorite Pho spot in the Baltimore-Washington area. The bowls of steaming noodles come with fresh greens and top-quality beef and chicken—simply excellent! The garden rolls and iced coffee are also delicious.
I arrived in Silver Spring, MD, needing to get my muffler replaced. Right across the street from the Midas Muffler, I found a delightful little Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered a small bowl of their special Phở, and it was delicious and satisfying!
To be honest, I rated it 4 stars mainly for its inviting atmosphere upon entering. Aside from that, the food was fantastic, and our server was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner with my sister and dad.
