Read all the other reviews and agree with them all. This is a wonderful, great food, suburban Vietnamese restaurant. Everyone I was with loved their meals. Great laksa, fresh rice paper rolls, fluffy rice and a well priced BUT I had the Prawn and chicken "clay pot". WOW. The earthy flavors, the heat, the great taste you have to try. Apparently a traditional way of cooking in Vietnam. Best bit was that in a cold Canberra night, my meal stayed nice and earth for the entire meal. Go .... if for no other reason but to try a clap pot.
I came here with two friends. I decided to order three items from the "small bites" section. I had prawn and zucchini bites, chicken skewers with satay sauce and stuffed chicken wings. All were well cooked and tasty. One friend had the duck in plum sauce and the other the chicken and vegetable stir fry with crispy nodfles. Both found their meals delicious. I liked the look of the chicken so much i came back today and tried it. It was served quickly and was yummo. The noodles stayed crispy to the last bite.
I have been to Pho Hub a number of times for business lunches and have never been disappointed. Ok, they're not 'Silver Service', but service is prompt and efficient. Food is delivered quite quickly, ideal for the quick business lunch. All meals I've had so far has been very good. Wouldn't say it's the best you'll ever have, but it's good value for money, efficient, and handy for anyone working in the Belconnen precinct. Based on what I've experienced, I would recommend them for take away as well.
Pho Hub is great for lunch and dinner. I find a lot of restaurants are too noisy but conversation is easily had at Pho Hub. The rice paper rolls are so tasty, especially the duck. I also highly recommend the seafood and tofu hotpot. Stuffed chicken wings are another favorite. Staff are great. It looks like a family run business and the woman who is usually at the front counter is so lovely and friendly. Meals are always quick and the restaurant itself is very clean.

Friends who have been here a number of times took us there tonight. We really enjoyed the whole meal. We went for rice paper rolls for starters. Yummo.Then we shared 5 dishes between 6. Plenty of food for us all. Service was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Will go back again.
As I live nearby, I do takeaway here often. Nice Vietnamese!! I tried pho, some stir fried noodles, rice paper roll, They were quite good. I call to order, and normally the meal is ready within 10-15 minutes. I am happy that this shop is my neighbor.
I usually order Kwai Tau and was surprised that this Vietnamese restaurant had it on the menu. It was just ok, basiclaly far blander than I have had elsewhere. The service was good but the wine list was very small - particularly in the by glass.
Unfortunately, the pho was bland, and lacked depth of flavor. For a place that's called Pho Hub, you would hope the pho would be better.
