I loved this restaurant! If you love pho , I highly suggest you come here! The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is family owned and they have been here for 30 years, standing the test of time because of their amazing hospitality and food quality. The chicken pho was rich and hot, with a touch of sweetness. We ordered their special chicken fried rice which was amazing, it was nice and crisp. The spring rolls were crispy and scrumptious. Our summer rolls had a fresh and clean touch to it. The Vietnamese coffee was awesome
Tried this pho place today for the first time with a group. Our usual place is around the corner on Pelissier. I found the portions here to be very generous considering the reasonable prices. Service was prompt and friendly. Everything was fresh and tasty. Other members of the group said the portions of meat in their pho were very generous and they would come back here next time instead of the place that is closer to our work.
I have been eating here for over 20 years and the quality and consistency of their food is unmatched by any other Vietnamese restaurant in the city. My go to order is 70 Bun Bo Hue. A complex spicy broth with a hint of lemongrass, containing cylindrical thick rice noodles. DELICIOUS !!!!! I have travelled to Vietnam twice now, and the food at Pho Nguyen Hoang is every bit as good as I ate in Vietnam.
Absolutely fantastic restaurant with a long time family staff. I've never had a bad experience here. They always go out of their way to satisfy any mistake and to provide a stellar service. Prices are very reasonable. I wish they weren't closed on Wednesday because for some weird reason we always want to have Pad Thai on Wednesday and then we have to remind ourselves they're closed..
This place is very authentic, they bring the mint and sprouts to the table. The food is delicious and the service is great. The beef broth is well done and we really enjoyed the spring rolls. They have Vietnamese coffee as well which was exciting. The only weird thing I did not like is they only take cash, no credit or debit.
Fresh, fast, delicious and addictive. I love their bun thit nuong. Great presentation too. I keep coming back. Cash only...very reasonably priced. I will return again and again. I visited other Pho places and like their versions too, but so far...this is my favourite.
This restaurant and family have been such a blessing to the community. For as long as i can remember they have opened their doors to us and shared many good stories. Thanks to Sally, my kids get to learn so much of cuisine and the principles of cooking!
Pho Nguyen Hoang is a great restaurant for the family. Their staff are efficient and friendly and the food is delicious! I have been eating here for nine years and have always had a great experience! Cash only.
One of the best Pho in town. All foods on the menu are excellent. I have tried almost every dish on the menu. This is basically cheaper then having any fast foods. I would urge you to try their Pho!
