I visited this restaurant for the first time to try their pho, and it was delicious. However, I had to add water to the broth as it was very salty and heavily seasoned. The presentation of the dish was lacking, and I would have preferred to see more white and green onions. The noodles were cooked perfectly. On my second visit, I would not recommend the bun rieu as the flavors were off and the soup was too salty. However, the pork chop rice plate was quite good.
My regular Pho place was closed today, so decided to give this place a try and glad I did. Pho Ga was really tasty, the broth was super delicious and just enough spice heat that you didn't need to add any condiments. Also tried their cold cut Banh Mi, which was quite good. The roll was fresh and the filling was plentiful. As I waited for my to-go order (less than 10 minutes) I watched dine-in orders come out really quickly. I will be back to this place.
Ok. I’m dropping another gem on my DMV ppl. This is a true taste of Vietnam. The flavors, freshness and authenticity remains unmatched and I know what I’m talking about. Must haves are the Banh Mi, pho mien bun ga ya, smoothies and of course last but not least the PHO. Is unforgettable!!!!! It’s authentic Vietnamese pho. Not instant soup base. This is the right choice. Order now you thank me later. 6 sandwiches and broth. Happy lunch for me.
My husband and I come here for lunch almost every Friday afternoon. I always get one of the noodle dishes with the egg rolls in it and either grilled chicken or grilled shrimp (they're ALL amazing, btw) and my husband gets a big bowl of pho with brisket. The Thai tea, lemonade and jasmine tea are so delicious. I seriously don't know what is in the lemonade but it is the best I've ever tasted. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Update 12/13/22: I still like this place but they've basically doubled their prices. Will be exploring my options. Original Review 2018: I love this place! The Pho comes out so fast and is so delicious. My personal favorite is the #2 eye round WITH shrimp. It's an up charge for the shrimp but so worth it. (The add vegetables option is good too.
This is my favorite Pho spot. The food is always served in under 5 minutes. I have been a regular customer for a few years and have never encountered any problems. I have also tried their smoothies and teas, which are delicious. My only suggestion is that the restaurant could use some updates as it appears a bit worn down.
I had the best Chicken Pho at this restaurant! The staff was very patient and kind, the food was absolutely delicious, and our order was ready very quickly! I particularly enjoyed the flavorful chicken pho broth and the tender, juicy chicken. Make sure to try the tai tea when you visit!
Asked for rare steak and brisket. Don't know what I actually got. Definitely no rare steak. Got something spongy instead. Also they were not traditional noodles. Pho-nomenal! Deliciousness-consistently fresh and reasonably priced. Pho and Summer rolls, iced coffee/sugar cane juice are my favorite, must go at least once a week. These are good people, support great, local, small businesses! 1Yr update: Still great! Check it out!
