Pho and Rice offers the option Pho in Cleveland! They offer endless options, to include vegan options. Be prepared to drink the broth! I recommend the P2, Veggie Pho, Shrimp or Mango Salad, Strawberry Smoothie, Thai Ice Tea and Thai Ice Coffee. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are clearer identified and extremely delicious. Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is kid friendly and offers kid friendly options. My children split the P2 with an order of extra noodles.
My favorite place in Cleveland for pad Thai! The sweet and spicy flavor just blends really well and the portions are pretty good for the price. Plus, the restaurant is really cute! Parking: There is a parking garage a little further down the street that is free for all to use.
Great vegan stew and pho. Best pho spot around town. All pho dishes are yummy, have not tried their bubble tea. Their mango sticky rice keeps me returning. Might not be the best dine-in restaurant due to limited seating.

Pho that can cure any cold better than any classic chicken noodle soup.(The tapioca bubbles they put in the drinks are pretty mediocre, will skip next time.
Don't be deceived by its unassuming appearance; this place may seem like a hidden gem, but it serves the best Pho I've ever tasted, no contest.
The servers were really polite and kind. The broth tastes amazing!! We got mother's day cookies from them for free :
