Now, about those egg rolls (cha gio on the menu) – they arrive piping hot, and you're meant to wrap them in lettuce and dip them in fish sauce. Each order comes with five rolls, and you absolutely have to try them! For pho, they are currently only offering the large size, and the broth is aromatic and holds up well as leftovers. I opted for the bun bo hue, which came with a generous portion of meat. Although the broth wasn't particularly spicy, it was definitely savory and delicious.
In addition to pho, there are various other dishes available, but with plenty of soup options, I'd highly recommend coming here for a comforting meal, especially on a chilly, rainy day.
