Pho Saigon is a small restaurant, but they offer plenty of booth seating, which is a nice touch. The booths are made of hard plastic, so if you’re wearing shorts on a hot day, you’ll likely end up sweating on them. The service is pretty standard for a pho place—they hand you the menu and quickly ask for your order. One odd thing was that they asked us to change seats before taking our order, and after we moved, they seemed to forget about us until I had to get their attention, which was a bit frustrating. I would have given this place five stars because the staff are nice and the food is good. However I wish they would be honest in their drinks. I ordered the lemongrass tea. I asked the cashier was the tea freshly made? He told me yes and I also asked was it sweet? He told me yes it was sweet. I ordered it and when I got home to drink it, it was not brewed ice tea, but it was the Lipton ice tea with lemon mix. It was the tea mix that comes out of the can. I know what lemon grass tea taste like and this was no lemongrass tea. This was straight Lipton iced with lemon tea mix. I was so disgusted I just ended up pouring it out. Pho Saigon used to be great about four years ago, but now the prices have gone up significantly while the amount of meat in a large pho has dropped drastically. I bought two meals and it cost $48—wow, $48 for pho for two people. They sliced one brisket into just four small pieces, so basically, just four tiny squares of brisket. I ordered the number 2 pho, and each meat ingredient had only about half the usual portion. It’s really disappointing. On top of that, when I asked for a to-go box, an older Asian gentleman just waved me off and spent the next 15 minutes chatting with his friends. I had to ask again before he finally gave me the box and packed my food. Overall, a terrible experience.
I'm really disappointed. Their "ga xao xa" is far from what it should be—it’s more like stir-fried chicken. It's just chunks of chicken breast in a very soupy sauce with green bell peppers, carrots, and celery. They really need to rename this dish. If you're expecting the authentic version, don't order this. I ended up feeling hungry because it just wasn't good.

This restaurant truly offers genuine Vietnamese cuisine. The pho broth is exceptional. You can tell just by the appearance of the restaurant that it focuses on authenticity. It’s not elaborate, but it serves excellent, traditional Vietnamese dishes. This has become my favorite spot for pho and fried spring rolls.
We got take out Bun. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together in big clumps. The “grilled” meat was covered in an orange dust/paste that was exceedingly sweet. The veggies were coated in oil. It was expensive for the poor quality. This place used to be good but isn’t anymore.
Food was great and authentic. Pho was flavorful. The drinks are amazing and I would recommend getting one while you’re there. Would come again! Dietary restrictions: The noodles in the pho are gluten free!
From the moment you enter, you can sense that the food will be outstanding. The service is prompt, and the dishes are remarkably delicious. If you're in the mood for pho, this restaurant is a must-try!

DELICIOUS! I absolutely love their Banh Mi. While their pho is also good, the Banh Mi is definitely the highlight.
Waited for 30 minutes only to be told they had run out of certain items. Very disappointing.
