I stop here occasionally. Located in a small strip mall next to the Starbucks. Majority of the time there’s enough parking, but it can fill up. They have a few small tables for outdoor seating, but most of the tables are inside. The servers are nice, but quite often have to ask for things more than once when they are busy. I definitely recommend the roll combination appetizer. I usually order either the oxtail or house combination pho. They do smoothies/shakes with boba available, but limited choices. Their Pho broth isn’t as robust as I would normally like it, but it is still enjoyable.
I ordered the Stir Fry combo for $16.99 before tax, and I was disappointed by the disproportionate amount of meat to vegetables. There were only 4 small shrimp and 3 small pieces of meat, while the rest of the plate was filled with vegetables and rice. I understand that inflation can make business challenging, but misleading customers about portion sizes is not the solution. I suggest updating the photos of your food on the website to accurately reflect what customers can expect, especially if they are paying nearly $20 for a plate mainly consisting of vegetables.
Most of the items are good. Service is great. I was disappointed at the premium oxtail pho as they like to emphasize how the broth is slow cooked for hours, however, I paid the premium price for beef shank not oxtail. Oxtail is not stringy/chewy when slow cooked for hours. ?
this was a verry good unexpected stop but im glad we stop by the lady was amazing she offerd a few items she was verry attentive to our needs and order this is one of them places that u will def come back to next time we are in the area.. thank u #bearlocstarr1

They charge almost $2.00 for a small glass of ice tea with no refills. A big rip off. Paper towel dispenser in bathroom doesn’t work. A handle is missing. This is a health and safety issue. Prices have risen a lot on food.
We visit this restaurant at least once a week! They offer delicious dishes such as oxtail pho, beef short rib pho, vermicelli bowl, and shrimp rolls.
The food is fresh and delicious, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
