We've been to this location a few times, and I need some reminders for myself, so here are my highlights and notes!Vietnamese coffee: super strong, pretty sweet, tasty! I liked it, but my partner thought it wasn't sweet enough to balance out how strong it was. Wow, this place is absolutely amazing! It never fails to impress me. This is my favorite pho restaurant in the valley. Tonight, I spent $33 on two generous dishes: the #45, which features glass noodles, cucumber, carrots, jicama slices, an egg roll, and your choice of charbroiled beef or pork (I went with beef this time). A squeeze of fresh lime and some red chili sauce on top, and it takes me straight to heaven for a moment. We also ordered the chicken pho soup, and let me tell you, that broth is like a warm hug when you're feeling under the weather. You can really taste the care that went into making it. This restaurant offers a wide variety of excellent dishes, although some items are just average. However, it truly stands out as one of the best and most authentic pho spots in the valley. I absolutely love the BBQ pork!
