A very pleasant birthday party in a splendid setting. Enjoyable calm, splendid view of the castle of Foix and divine cuisine! We've been enjoying ourselves. We thank the waiter present yesterday evening Wednesday 17 November: very pleasant, quiet, attentive, benevolent. He was very involved in the success of our evening. Chef Lamotte's cuisine is a progressive discovery for taste buds of flavors until then unexplored. Thanks to the whole team for this beautifully engraved memory.
Once you have passed the marvel of the room and the view of the castle, the dishes presented bring you back to reality: no flavor or originality, a surprise menu at 70 euros for cod and duck is land but away from what can offer a true gastronomy. Not to mention the express expedition, almost to the frond of the dishes and the only and only CD of Norah Jones that turns in loop...
Excellent table! We finally found a leader worthy of this name. A creative cuisine with explosions of flavors in the mouth... Wonderful. A faultless one, especially on the service that is irreproachable. The view of the castle and the watercourse below come to perfect this culinary experience. A big BRAVO!
