Phoedin is situated where the Pinellas trail intersects with Dunedin. It is not a high-end dining establishment, but rather a perfect spot to grab lunch during a bike ride. With only outdoor seating available, this charming little restaurant is a hidden gem. The staff is extremely friendly and the menu, although small, offers delicious options. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered, from the fresh spring rolls with shrimp to the beef pho and bah mi sandwich. Even their bottled Kombucha was tasty! Ordering at a window and then relaxing at one of the tables set up outside, it was a delightful experience. We can't wait to visit again!
I just had one of the most amazing dinners I have had in a while, thinking that the storm is getting closer and did not want to step out, I ordered from PhoEdin after reading their reviews and it was the best decision, the presentation of the food, the Boba Taro, Pho and everything else we ordered, it was simply delicious, thank you so much for putting all the boxes with so much care, nothing shifted, all food came presentable and the aroma of the the different ingredients so well infused. I would order from PhoEdin again, no question a bout it.
I was told that the beef pho had brisket in it, but it definitely didn't; it seemed to be chuck roast instead. At $15 for a bowl, it felt quite overpriced. Additionally, I’ve never experienced so much clove in pho, which I didn't enjoy. I also had to ask for chopsticks. To make matters worse, my wife's pho arrived a full 15 minutes before mine, making for an awkward situation as she waited to eat. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
We have visited this restaurant twice. The Bûn dish is similar to Pho but without the broth - it includes rice noodles, salad, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, cilantro, and roasted shallots. We also tried a bowl of edamame. The staff was friendly and there is outdoor seating available. The food was delicious. Reviewed as of February 11th, 2020.

Located conveniently near the bike path, this delightful food stand offers a variety of takeout options. Our choice to dine at one of the picnic tables allowed us to enjoy the bun with tofu and chicken, along with the summer rolls. While the atmosphere outshined the food, everything we ordered tasted fresh.
This Vietnamese restaurant is fantastic! The food is fresh and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. They have outdoor seating that is dog-friendly, and they even provided a bowl of water for our furry friends. They also have restroom facilities available.
This restaurant serves some of the best Pho and summer rolls I have ever had. You can definitely taste that everything is made fresh and by hand. When I come back to this area for my next vacation, I will definitely make this place a regular stop for me.
I would give this restaurant more stars if I could. The food was delicious, especially the beef broth which had an amazing texture and flavor, making for a great pho. The spring rolls were also outstanding.

Sooo good ! Best pho I’ve had and I’m from NY! I went last night and got the phoedin bowl with beef, was so good I got it again today for lunch and one to take home ! Yummy
