I have been a hermit for the last 2 years. My family and I finally decided we were ready to venture out and there was no better place than the Phoenix Emporium/Phoenix Upper Main that we could think of to make our return to society. This new location is amazing! There is so much room and its well lit. Staff is still so friendly and the food remains amazing! I tried a bit of everything we ordered. I had the Salmon which was delicious! It was cooked perfectly and the lemon, garlic sauce was amazing, I wanted to slurp it off my plate. My wife and I were visiting the Baltimore area to visit family. We found Phoenix Upper Main and decided to try it! The food was very delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. My wife got the wedge salad (it was split with our sister-in-law) and I enjoyed the fish and chips. The fish was greasy, but good still. The Bavarian pretzels were great! The beer cheese was so good! It was lunch time when we visited, so the crowd was pretty light. I’m not sure how it gets at night time. Restrooms were also clean and convenient. I would definitely return!
When making this reservation, I had thought it would be a hip, historic brewery for happy hour with my fiends. Upon arrival it was found to be a run down, average restaurant. The menus were plastic and sticky, the food was fine (though nothing special) and the beer options were lack luster. Overall the experience was average but nothing special and I will likely not return.
5/27/2022. I was here on a Friday evening...looking for light fare. I wanted to sit at the bottom bar, but it was SO BUSY. I was quickly seated at the top level...but no one came over to us...so we moved to the bar. STEPHANIE turned our whole night around! She has an eye for details! Her and the staff kept us entertained the whole time! Thanks Phoenix!!! Awesome soup.

The food was mediocre. We truly enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant and see great potential in it. We decided to dine there on New Year's Eve, but were disappointed to find that the restaurant was nearly empty. Some of the specials were already sold out, and the waiter seemed to be rushing through the service. We are uncertain if we will return in the future.
AMAZING crab dip! At first I was wondering how kettle chips would taste with the crab dip but you will NOT regret it. They make the old bay kettle chips themselves and they are sooooo good. They also gave us more when we asked! Our entrees (french dip reuben) were good too but honestly we could’ve just had the crab dip for dinner. God it was so good I swear.
A group of four of us dined at this restaurant and we all loved the food. I especially enjoyed the Jagers Schnitzel pork chops, which were incredibly tender and served with a delicious, rich sauce. I also ordered the beer sampler, which included generous portions of four different craft draft beers.
We really enjoyed the beer selection. We had a flight and the beer was really good. The food was good as well. The bison burger was delicious. The calamari special was delicious as well.

Beer was fantastic! The menu had lots of odd things like boar and alligator, but wasnt as good as the beer!
Excellent place for lunch or dinner. Fun atmosphere. Excellent pub food. 2nd time we ate here.
