The beef was thin but had been cooked in one mass, so some parts were brown and others very red (after a while in the broth, they worked out good though). All of the beef was exceptionally tender and tasty though, plus the broth had...good flavour, so I'd rate it the 2nd best pho I've had this year. The crab and pork spring rolls were good, although the price for them seems a little high unlike the pho, which at $12 is cheap for most parts of Sydney but an absolute bargain in Alexandria.
I got this Pork Belly Banh Mi from Pholosphy for whilst I was waiting for my coffee to be made at South Dowling Sandwiches next door. The quality was surprisingly high, good flavours and a good mix of vegetables. No shortcuts were taken, but the price was extremely steep. I’ve never paid for a banh mi before, and I think you can get something similar from most places for a few dollars cheaper.
this place is clean, fresh, small but packed a lot of f aromen. the way to the nude for me is bun rieu, the pho tai is also very good. the Vietnamese chicken salad is a great appetit and has the authentic taste, very good with pure rice....Roast swarms are also a winner, it is an 8 out of 10, would be 9 if the carrots were pickled! fantastic place to visit if they want a contract to lunch.
We were looking for something to eat for lunch on a cold day and found this cute restaurant The staff were friendly and served us with a smile. We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup. It was delicious and flavourful. The restaurant is small but...very pleasing atmosphere. We will come here to eat or take away again. Thank you Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
here for lunch with the promise I wouldn't be disappointed. the bun bo hue has ordered with something hesitanz. the first swallow was a tingling swallow that I had forgotten, but the promise was true, I was transported back to my favorite cough...Eatery in saigon.
Most people that love Pho, know Pho Ann in Bankstown is the bench mark. PHOLOSPHY does an absolute stunner of a job on their take on Pho... I dare say it's better than Pho Ann! Simply must try!
When the shop first starts, pork roll was good, after changing the staff, now they put lettuce in the roll, which is not pork roll at all. This needs to be improved.

Quite nice Vietnamese restaurant. Good Pho, nice crispy skin chicken, and good spring rolls. Seating is a bit awkward. Service is quick and friendly
